Cheat system hooked up for SNES.  Supports Game Genie and Pro Action Replay format codes
At some point in the future we'll try to port the entirety of GameGenie codes db to FBNeo...

TIP:
In the cheat menu (Ctrl-F1): you could just double-click on a cheat to enable it, instead of using the dropdown menu

using .ini format, attached is an example cheat file
